Why I Created This Space

After years working in higher education — advising students, supporting families, and watching brilliant people doubt themselves — I saw the same pattern over and over again: students weren’t struggling because they weren’t capable.

They were struggling because no one had ever taught them the hidden curriculum of college.

The unwritten rules.
